The Vinrose team finds it very important to give you the best service. Delivering good products is our highest priority. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that nothing goes wrong. If you are not satisfied with any product you have ordered or you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to solve the problem.
Contact us by e-mail (info@vinrose.com) within 7 days after receiving the piece. We will solve the problem as soon as possible. The shipping costs for returning the clothing will only be reimbursed upon production and delivery errors. The warranty is lost when you try to repair the piece without consulting us first.
